(b)The Board may waive the requirements of continuing education in cases of illness or undue hardship. (a)The certification, and prescriptive authority approval, if applicable, of a CRNP will expire at the same time as the CRNPs registered nurse license as provided in 21.29 (relating to expiration and renewal of license). (e)The clinical facilities of the CRNP program must provide a variety of experiences with sufficient quality and quantity. (c)Adequate funds shall be allocated and properly budgeted for the sound and effective operation of the program. (iv)For purposes of licensure renewal, the training must have been completed during the relevant biennial renewal period. (G)Indecent assault as defined in 18 Pa.C.S.
